OLF Training Day - 22nd January

The next OLF Training Day is on the 22nd January at the OLF Training Centre.

Time: 10am - 2pm

Come and get the OLF Experience! Our training days are packed with awesome workouts and challenges done the OLF way! You'll be pushed to your limits and will need to be prepared for an OLF Training Day but you'll have one of the best training experiences ever!

The days include training in the following:

• Olympic Weightlifting
• Kettlebell Training
• Bulgarian Bag Training
• Bodyweight and Strap training
• Grappling and Boxing conditioning

As well as the training there will be challenges in each of the categories, with prizes awarded to the best performers. There will also be hybrid challenges based around our monthly EKI, OWLI, Bulgarian Bag and PBI Challenges.
