The EKI Advanced is all about making the body perform better. This 1 Day course utilises the key principles that were taught in the EKI. To do this course you need to have done the Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course.

By the end of the day, your Kettlebell lifting will be taken to a new level. Not only will you learn a host of new, exciting and challenging exercises, but you will also learn a myriad of new techniques and tools to improve yours and your clients performances.

The aim of the EKI advanced is to make a better performer. You will learn mind blowing new techniques that open pathways; improve movement patterns; release tension and tightness; re-align posture and allow the body to perform optimally.
You’ll learn the best ways to implement all of the tools into your programmes and finish with a firm understanding behind how to improve movement and achieve optimal performance.
