About the AST Kit

 The AST is a hugely versatile system and you can use them anywhere. The AST has been created to ensure the straps give you freedom; good length of strap; easy adjustment and easy instalment at any height.

The straps are independent which allows you to perform pull-ups and dips with ease, plus you’ll have no rubbing on the arms when performing push ups. The door anchors are part of the strap and locking system so there is no need to carry other parts.  The unique foot handle is easy to use and can be stored within the handle without getting in the way.
